There are a lot of sites about share picking.

I'll give you some examples:

Just search on "stock picking" on Google and you'll find thousands more.

But if you want my advice for a young and unexperienced investor,
I would advise you to use Social Trading with a broker like eToro.
Use the knowledge of experienced investors to build your capital.
